This is a blog dedicated to parents and teachers who want to ask questions about my research area – young people’s net cultures. It’s in Swedish and there is no English version. The name Net Nanny is an ironic wink to all kinds of technical solutions to non- technical problems, such as filter software Net Nanny. In fact, I support Howard Rheingold’s idea of sacking the Net Nanny and talking to the kids. And while we are on the subject: I have had dinner with Howard Rheingold when he was in Umeå, and I’m extremely proud of that.
